Slant-Giants are the result of a Giant breeding with a non-Giant. Typically Slant-Giants are differentiated from Half-Giants in that Half-Giants trace their lineage back to a Giant father, while Slant-Giants trace their lineage back to a Giant mother. This difference results in Slant-Giants more closely resembling their True-Giant counterparts, as the womb of a Giant acts as a sort of refiner of the forces that are influencing a deviation from the norm. Half-Giants, on the other hand, more closely resemble their non-Giant counterparts, but not exactly, this is due to their Giant lineage giving them a heightened ability to adapt to their surroundings.
